Personal Trainer
As a certified personal trainer serving the Howard County community I help clients achieve their goals. I offer tailored programs of accountability, motivation, nutritional advice, and injury prevention. I advise clients in Weight loss, Firming & Toning, Weight Gain & Muscle Building, and Endurance Training.
I work with people One-on-one or in a groups. Initial meeting with a client would consist of free consultation where we would discus your goals, your eating habits, and taking body measurements.
One of my goals as a personal trainer is to help you be the healthiest person you can be. We will have group events such as hikes, nutrition workshops, meal planning workshops and other activities to help keep you motivated and informed of various ways to stay on track and reach your goals.

Each training methods have pros and cons. As your personal trainer I evaluate each client separately and decide on the appropriate training program. Some of my clients require a plan that involve strength training and toning whereas some require detailed meal planning and muscle toning. We are all different and we all have different goals.
