Why Nutrition Planning?
You may be wondering why am I even concerned with nutrition? Almost 70% of the reason why my clients are loosing weight is because they follow nutritional guidelines and cut out foods that are not healthy. Only 30% of their weight loss is contributed by my training and their commitment to stay active.
Planning out your diet provides a lot of benefits. You will know ahead of time what is on the menu and you will not have to eat out or ordering takeout therefor making it easier to eat healthy. As you already know not all restaurants will have food that is healthier than what you can prepare at home with a little guidance.
If you plan your meals, you will save money on your grocery bill and will avoid wandering down the isles piling up food that you may or may not eat.
When you plan your meals, you can also have a bigger variety of meals.
What does it mean to you:
It means that you will have to work hard. This is the part of getting fit that is not up to your trainer. You will be responsible for your own results. However, if you stick to a healthy diet paired with a workout plan, you will see the results.
You will have to cut out things you love and been eating for years in order to get a body you want. Sometimes involving your partner, friends, and your whole family helps staying motivated.
