After falling in love with fitness I decided to get certified so I can share my knowledge and love for fitness to my clients. I love weightlifting, boxing, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) training styles.

I combine functional training, HIIT, boxing, and cardiovascular training together to create a unique program that you have never experienced before.
I provide free fitness consultations where we talk about your goals, assess where you are and develop a customized program for you.
I am all about community and group motivation. I encourage my clients get together for hikes, participate in community 5Ks. We meet up for meal planning where we can socialize, motivate and inspire each other.
